Major intersection at the east end of Piccadilly and towards the lower end of Regent Street, in the City of Westminster (W1 postal district).
It is dominated by gaudy flashing advertisements, often compared to Times Square in New York City (though somewhat less impressive in scale). The statue of Eros is also located here, and is a popular tourist draw.
