Zone 1 Tube and rail station on the Northern, Metropolitan, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines.
At peak times on weekdays, some southbound Thameslink trains used to terminate here after splitting off the main line south of Farringdon, but this service ended permanently in March 2009.
