Zone 2/3 Tube, DLR, and London Overground station. It is on the Jubilee and Central lines for the Tube, and the North London Line of the London Overground. It is a terminus for the Jubilee Line, the DLR, and the North London Line.
Stratford is on two branches of the DLR; the older one from Poplar terminates here, while the newer one from Canning Town continues to Stratford International. Interchange between the two branches is possible but is not cross-platform, as the lines for the two branches are at different levels.
There is a large bus station outside and a shopping centre opposite. As of December 2012, the station also has a book swap shelf.
It was previously in zone 3 only, but was rezoned in January 2016 and is now in both zone 2 and zone 3.
