Smallish bookshop in Hay's Galleria, near London Bridge.

They have a decent travel section, including a reasonable selection of books about London - a few local history books as well as general guides, restaurant guides, etc. Fiction etc as well.

Accessibility: No steps to get in, no steps inside. Hay's Galleria itself has step-free access from Tooley Street, though there is an unevenly-paved section along the way photo.
