This is a great idea, and one I've experimented with myself. The trick is to find a way of keeping people from vandalising your wiki.

I'm a food lover and a photographer. By the time you read this, I will have probably licenced some of my photos for use on this site. I'll retain my copyright, though. I guess the rest falls under the Creative Commons Licence used everywhere else on this site for its textual content.
