Zone 1 rail station in the City.

It has two entrances; one on Holborn Viaduct (pictured) and the other on Ludgate Hill. The Ludgate Hill entrance is a pretty short walk from Blackfriars, the next station southbound.

Note that the platforms at this station are very long, so if you know which exit you're going to want, it can be well worth making sure you're travelling at the correct end of the train. The Holborn Viaduct exit is at the north end, and the Ludgate Hill one is at the south end.
