Tapas Bar/restaurant in Clapham.

bob and Northern Steve visited on a Thursday night at about 22:00. We were shown to a tabel then asked if we wanted food or just drinks. We were after food so got given a menu. They do a range of tapas and some mains. We did tapas. We were bought the cold and fish dishes first. Salmon Croquettes (£4.60) were fine. Marinated anchovies(£3.90) were very tasty althogh not as large as ive seen. The fried squid was fine but just a touch over cooked. Chorizo in wine(£4.60) was very good. The patatas bravas(£4.20) were very good. The sauce was light but had quite a kick to it. The mushroom dish was fine. We were provided with bread at no cost and indeed got a generous refill of it when we asked.

A glass of Rioja was £4.10 and quite drinkable. San Miguel was £3.30. They had an extensive cocktail list. We were also given a digestif with our bill. Optional 10% service was added to our bill.

There is 2 distinct areas a more casual bar area at the front and a more restauranty bit at the back. They were playing some 90s rock quite loudly inthe bar area.
