An art materials and general craft shop near Aldgate East Station.
This is the best shop of this kind Sam has found, carrying a huge range of supplies for everyone from occasional hobbyists to full-time artists. They're almost always cheaper than going to London Graphic Centre, and have a wider range for most things.
