Zone 5 rail station on the Kingston Loop Line, with trains to Waterloo via Clapham Junction.

This is the station near Kingston Hospital and is used by lots of people who work there. There are two platforms - one going from Waterloo via Clapham Junction towards Shepperton or Richmond (Platform 2), and one going to Waterloo (platform 1). Trains are roughly every 15 minutes during peak times, but only 1 in 2 London-bound trains stop at Earlsfield.

There is a pedestrian ramp as well as stairs to exit platform 2. No stairs are needed to exit platform 1. However to change between platforms requires stairs as you need to use a public underpass underneath the track. This underpass opens into the station building but before the ticket gates so no ticket is required to use it. If you need to get from Platform 2 to the hospital without stairs you can use the ramp and travel round using the local streets. This will obviously take longer than using the underpass.

The exterior of the station was used for the filming of television programme the Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin as a representation of a suburban commute.
