Smallish independent bookshop in Primrose Hill.
Kake visited on a Thursday afternoon in September 2008. They had a few shelves of second-hand books out the front, priced around £1.50–£2.50. According to their website, they have a much larger selection of second-hand books which they don't have the space to display, so if you're after something specific it's worth asking.
Inside are the new books; both fiction (including a relatively large children's section) and non-fiction. The SF section is tiny - half a shelf - but well-chosen. On my visit the selection was mostly focused on the authors which tend to appeal to readers outside the genre; Ursula Le Guin, Philip K Dick, etc.
They also had a reasonable London section, with books covering the whole city as well as individual areas. I came away with Ed Glinert's East End Chronicles.
