A Vietnamese restaurant on Liverpool Rd in Barnsbury.

Inside this is a bright and airy space, laid out over a couple of adjoining rooms, as well as a rear garden. On a Sunday evening, it's not too busy to seat four people, and we are placed by the door leading to the garden area.

Service is friendly and approachable, and the house red wine is perfectly drinkable. They're happy to bring tap water as well.

Our food is served without undue wait, and Ewan's bun xa with tofu (£5.75) is a pleasing noodle-based dish, with good large chunks of tofu.

Given the area, this is not only a good food option, but also good value.
