Previously situated in Notting Hill, the Tea Palace moved to Covent Garden in spring 2009, and is now a small retail-only tea shop located in the central hall of Covent Garden Market. They also do mail order.
Kake visited in October 2010. The teas on display were all in their own purple-themed packaging. I'm not sure if they have facilities to let you taste the teas before purchase.
Accessibility: The shop can be accessed from both sides. Both doorways are narrow, and they may only have one half of the double doors open. There's a step up to get in from one side, not sure about the other.
