Accessibility: All platforms are step-free accessible via lifts. However there is no step free access via the South Bank Road entrance. There are accessible and male and female toilets on each platform. The accessible toilets require RADAR keys. If the lift is broken there quite a lot of concrete stairs to negotiate - roughly 36 to the bridge and then 28 to the platforms.
