[[bob]] visited on a Thursday evening in August. The downstairs bar is quite small but there were plenty of seats upstairs. Deuchars IPA (£3.60) and Adnam's Broadside were available. The Deuchars was fine. A packet of crips was 90p. |

Note that (unusually for these days) they close in the afternoon, between 3pm and 5pm (except on Saturdays). They also don't open at all on Sundays.
They don't do any food at all, but according to a sign seen outside in November 2008 you're welcome to bring your own.
Upstairs room is available for hire, according to the 2009 Good Beer Guide (and there's no charge for this, and it can hold 50 people, according to their website).
