Organic food shop and cafe on Pimlico Road. Looks worth a visit! They also run a cafe at 31 Sloane Square, and have a concession in Selfridges Food Hall.
Kake wandered past in August 2008, and it really looked more like an eat-in place than a shop, though I promise to go and check out the retail offerings some time.
