Secondhand bookshop in Edgware, established in 1977. They also buy books.

The interior is a wonderful maze of bookshelves, stuffed to bursting with books, and boxes on the floor to contain the overspill. They have a large SF/fantasy section as well as other fiction, and non-fiction including a London section and a local history section.

They don't take cards; cash and cheques only.

Kake visited on a Friday afternoon in October 2008, coming away with four SF paperbacks for the grand total of a tenner.

Accessibility: I think there was a step up to get in; but in any case, the inside is really really crammed with stuff, to the point where I had to take my backpack off to get between the shelves.
