Zone 6 rail station on the Tattenham Corner Line.
It gets more traffic than most stations on the line due to the presence of a large Legal & General office nearby. The station is next to a small parade of local shops, including a Barclays Bank, a newsagent/post office and the Kingswood Arms.
Trains to Tattenham Corner and London termini (usually London Victoria or Charing Cross) run about every 30 mins during the daytime and evening. The ticket office (and toilet) is open during the morning only. Step-free access to both platforms is available, and a step-free transfer from one to the other is possible (but not convenient) via the road bridge adjacent to the station.
