Indian sweet shop on Drummond Street near Euston Station. It's part of a small chain, with a branch in Southall and another in Hounslow as well as a number of franchises in London and elsewhere. This is the original shop, opened in the 1960s.
As well as sweets - halwa, barfi, ras malai, etc - they also sell a few savoury things like samosas and Bombay mix. Kake has only tried the barfi, but it was good; fresh and tasty and less than a fiver for 500g. The burfi is sold by the kilo and half-kilo - not sure if they'll let you buy smaller quantities, but they do offer a selection box if you don't want that much of one flavour.
Accessibility: one fairly large step up to get in.
