Modern Indian restaurant in Chelsea.
It's had a Michelin star since 2006, and it's in the 2007 Good Curry Guide.
The chef, Vineet Bhatia, uses non-Indian ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms. Not cheap, but sounds very good.
