According to the June/July 2019 <i>London Drinker</i>, as of that date the Waterman's Arms had closed "for major refurbishment under new tenant". According to its website as of January 2020, it "reopened on 21st November 2019 after a complete top to toe refurbishment". We haven't visited since, so some of the details below may be out of date.

Young's pub in Richmond.

There's a small front room which seats around 20 and has a bar and a real fire. The back room seats another 10 or so. There's a Thai restaurant and a function room on the first floor.

Thai food served all day until 10pm. It also does British food including pies.

bob first visited in February 2008. Young's Special was £2.80/pint and very good.

bob visited again on a Thursday evening in February 2017. The ales available were Young's Bitter (£3.85/pint), Young's Special, Twickenham Grandstand, and Twickenham Naked Ladies (£4.40/pint).

Accessibility: A step to get in. Toilets are down a flight of stairs in the basement.
