Accessibility: Step-free access to the DLR via a (fairly small) lift. For step-free access between Tower Gateway and Fenchurch Street, go north up Minories, turn left onto Crosswall, turn diagonally right-and-forwards onto Lloyd's Avenue, turn left onto Fenchurch Street, and finally turn left onto a little alley where you should be able to see the station entrance at the far end.
Note: Tower Gateway Station closed at the end of June 2008 for upgrade work to allow it to accommodate three-carriage trains; it [http://www.londonreconnections.com/2009/tower-gateway-reopens/ reopened] in March 2009.
