Decent Sri Lankan restaurant in South Wimbledon. They serve the normal range of Indian food, but the Sri Lankan selection at the back of the menu is more interesting, nay delicious. The Mutton Ceylon and Kottu are probably the stars of the main courses, with the Mixed Devil starter and its chicken-only cousin, Chicken 65, being rather excellent too. They have Lion Stout which is very tasty.

Does takeaway as well. On a visit in September 2008, the restaurant was over half-full, and your reviewers were the only people present not of South Asian ethnic origin. Real table linen, and After Eights with your bill.

Comment added by Anonymous: I love this place... the food is great and the staff are friendly. Recently some friends and I tried sampling some of the Indian restaurants in Tooting, but I was left unimpressed after having eaten here.

Comment added by Anonymous: Thank you for posting this...we took your advice and checked it out and have not looked back since! Now we are struggling NOT to go weekly! Definately agree the mutton kottu is beautiful and chicken 65 chilli masala is an absolute winner!! Thanks!!!
