Royal Sweets, NW1 2PA

Royal Sweets was an Indian sweet shop on Drummond Street. It has now closed. As of August 2013 the premises (along with those previously belonging to Zeen) are occupied by a restaurant called Taste Of India photo.

This is the self-described "flagship store" of Royal Sweets, on [Drummond Street]? near Euston. They have other branches in Hounslow, Southall, and Tooting.

secretlondon went here one Tuesday night in November 2009. It was just about to close (at 9pm). I got a mixed box of halwa and barfi photo for about £7. I think it was about £8/kg.

The shop also sells boxed things like ras malai and kulfi and I think some hot food, which wasn't on when I was there.

The sweets were fine but I'm not an expert.
