Large, friendly pub near Kingswood and Tadworth.
It's busy at lunchtimes (best to arrive well before 1pm if you want a table). Has off-road parking and a beer garden with a covered patio. The food is quite good, and is served in ample portions. The burgers and the smoked salmon tagliatelle (about £7) are particularly recommended.
There are always a couple of big-name real ales on tap, averagely kept.
