Sri Lankan restaurant and takeaway in Lewisham.

bob, Martin and Phil visited on a Thursday night. There were several people in already but there was still plenty of space. They can probably seat about 50 people.

We started with Masala Vada(£1.25 for 2), Lamb Spring rolls(£1.50 for 2) and chilli chicken (£3.99). All of these were pretty good.

For our mains we had Spicy Lamb curry(£4.75), Special Non-veg Masala Dosa (£4.50), Chicken Kurma(£4.00) and Idiyappam Lamb Kothu(£4.00). These were all quite good. We asked for some more sauce for the Kothu and asked if we wanted normal or spicy. We of course went for spicy. The member of staff then went on to make sure we were sure since they normally omly serve it to Sri Lankans and warned us it was very hot. It was well within our tolerances but then again me and martin really like sri lankan food. Phil also had the honey and banana parotta (£2) which was interesting. We also had some plain rice (£1.99). Tap water was provided when asked for.

Last visited by bob, Martin and Phil, 15 October 2009. Opening times taken from a takeaway leaflet obtained on that visit.
