Cinema in Stratford, near Stratford Station. Also known as "Stratford Picturehouse" or "Stratford East Picturehouse".

It has four or five screens, with fairly comfortable seating, and shows a reasonable selection of films. It also has a bar (see the Boak And Bailey review linked below).

Getting here: Although it's quite near the station, it's a bit confusing to get to. Come out of the station into Mercury Square and bear left following the cycle path alongside the wide ring road (not entering the shopping centre), and you'll soon see it and the theatre (as well as a Pizza Express). You'll then need to cross the road, but there are lights. You can also go into the shopping centre, then turn left at the crossroads in the centre (Gerry Raffles Square is signposted here; look up at the signs by the ceiling), and then on leaving the shopping centre follow the square around to the right.
