According to the 2009 Good Beer Guide, it has four handpumps which feature guest beers as well as London Pride; also, the patio out the front has tables and heating for the smokers.

Comment added by Kake: It does indeed have four handpumps, which today feature Broadside, Bombardier, Pride, and Young's Bitter. The Young's is 2.75/pint and is fine, though if I were being picky I'd say the pint I just had in the Britannia was very slightly better. They have a jug of iced tap water and some glasses on the bar, which is a nice touch. It was nice and peaceful when I arrived around 5:15pm, with just some (vocal) jazz playing in the background, but 5 minutes later the staff put some sporting event (wheelchair basketball) on the flatscreen to compete with the music. Oh, she's just turned the sound off on the TV.
