A French rotisserie restaurant in [[Locale South Kensington|South Kensington]].
A French Rotisserie restaurant in South Kensington. Something like a French version of [[Nando's]], but with table service and (in this reviewer's opinion) tastier food. The menu centres on roast chicken, served with a small jug of delicious gravy, with a selection of optional side dishes. Gratin Dauphinois is probably the best of these; a pretty good stab at the dish, with tasty but arguably-heretical grilled cheese on top. It's not quite as good as it was when your reviewer first tried it a couple of years ago though. The chicken, however, is beautifully roasted. Half a chicken and a side dish costs a highly reasonably £10.75.

If you don't fancy chicken, they can do you a lamb steak, or with four hours notice, a whole leg of lamb, enough for 5-6 people, for £49. There are also a selection of sandwiches, or a couple of Spanish omelette options. Vegetarians have a smaller choice, limited to soup (varies daily). a grilled baguette with cheese and tomatoes, or a Spanish omelette. The vegetarian with us pronounced the lentil soup to be the best she'd ever had.
