A superb family-run takeaway sandwich shop on Eastcastle Street, just near Oxford Circus. All their food is freshly-made on premises, apparently, and certainly tastes excellent.

The twist with Reynolds is that they make all their food in small portions, and eaters are encouraged to mix and match to make up a full lunch ("grazing" as they call it). On any given day, you can expect wraps, half-sandwiches, small rolls, salads, and other small items (like stuffed peppers). They also do a range of breakfast foods (granola and yoghurt, for example, and porridge with a range of toppings) and fine coffee (£1.70 for an Americano, last time Ewan tried it, which is fairly regularly before work). The chocolate brownies are particularly good.
