Sam Smith's pub in Holborn, in the Good Beer Guide. Apparently the men's loos are well worth a visit, but being female I have no idea if this is true. Downstairs is fairly spacious, as I remember, but my main memory of the upstairs lounge bar is its being very crowded (when it's open, which it isn't always).
Beer in the Evening comments suggest it's closed for refurb as of March 2007.
