Locals' pub in Ilford. Has two bars with separate entrances. Also has a pub dog! (May have two pub dogs - I only met one of them.)

Kake and friend visited on a Friday afternoon in February 2008. We sat in the public bar, which seemed to surprise the regulars somewhat, though nobody was really actively unfriendly. We might choose the other side next time though; wouldn't want to be inappropriate, after all.

Beers available included Abbott Ale and London Pride; the guest ale was Tempus Fugit (£2.40/pint).

They do food, though we didn't try it. Menus were out on the tables all afternoon so they might do food all day. All day breakfast £3.50; baguettes between £2.75 for cheese and red onion and £3.25 for cajun chicken. Beans on toast £1.90, scrambled eggs on toast £2.50. All main courses £6.
