Fuller's Ale & Pie House on Holborn.

Has a function room downstairs (free hire subject to takings), a small upstairs balcony and a ground floor. Toilets are downstairs, so not easily accessible. It's generally very busy with city types from about 6pm-8pm (overflowing onto the road in good weather), quieter afterwards. Busy but not too crowded at lunch time. They are very anti-children.

Food is served 11am-8pm Monday to Friday. Flick isn't terribly impressed with the food, finding it overpriced and not very exciting. The specials are usually OK, but they have an unfortunate way with vegetables. Lorna had a nice ploughmans, but that was at lunch time, so maybe it's better then. virtualsue had a fish pie which was delicious and was really happy to have Chimay on tap.

The range of beers downstairs isn't as good as in the main bar.
