This is a small Marks and Spencer branded cafe with an adjacent small supermarket. It is located at the entrance to St Thomas' Hospital, in the North Wing.

This is one of the two places to get coffee at St Thomas' (ignoring the restaurant) and in secretlondon's opinion the coffee here is weaker in flavour than AMT Coffee, St Thomas' Hospital.

As well as coffee it sells a small variety of preprepared sandwiches to be heated up. If you wanted a cold sandwich you'd go to the supermarket next door. There are a number of cafe style tables.
