Famous curry place off Commercial Road. Can seat quite a few people. Had no problem seating 14 people without a booking on a thursday lunchtime. Very cheap. We had a lot and came out at 11 pounds a head. Mains 5 to 6.50 pounds. Starters no more than 2.50. Fresh rotis 50p. No booze but you can bring your own. |

It can seat quite a few people. On a Thursday lunchtime, they had no problem seating 14 people without a booking. On another visit on a Friday evening we had a reservation for 7pm, and were the first group in the 100+ seating area upstairs, but it got busy (with a lot of ambient noise) within an hour. Very cheap; we had a lot and came out at £11 a head. Mains cost £5–6.50, starters no more than £2.50, and fresh rotis 50p. No booze but you can bring your own. [[Bob]] says: It was very tasty. The sheek kebab and karahi gosht are particularly good. Medium is certainly tasty and not overpowering. They used to have two other branches, [[Lahore Masala House, NW5 2AE|one in Kentish Town]] and another in [[Locale Norbury|Norbury]], but these have both now closed.
