A pub near Ladywell Station, which was refurbished and reopened in June 2008.

They've done a decent enough job making the place look sprightly and fresh, with wooden floors, comfortable sofas as well as plenty of tables. One side of the bar is bright and airy, though the other (where the pool tables used to be) seems a little darker and can echo rather noisily with peoples' conversations. Outside, the beer garden is merely perfunctory, but on the whole the place is welcoming and comfortable inside.

Tjere are two ales on handpump (Bombardier and Adnam's Bitter) as well as Addlestone's cider, Amstel and others on draught. There's a wine list available as well, with small 175ml glasses at £3.25-£5.

Service still seems to be learning the ropes, so another visit not so soon after its reopening might be in order.
