Zone 1 Tube station on the District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines. (Tube maps don't show the interchange between the District/Circle line and the Piccadilly line because it's much simpler to change at Earl's Court or South Kensington.)

Gloucester Road is one of the main venues for Platform For Art, a TfL initiative aimed at bringing art installations and exhibitions into Tube stations. See for example Owen B's panorama of Chiho Aoshima's 2006/2007 exhibition at Gloucester Road.

Exit information

• Piccadilly Line eastbound: the exit from the train is on the right-hand side of the train, and the exit from the platform is next to the first carriage of the train.
