Chain restaurant in Victoria.
John et al. visited on a Saturday evening in November 2013. We arrived at about 6pm but the restaurant was full, and the staff said that we'd have to wait 30-40 minutes for a table. Apparently it's always busy at weekends, particularly when people want to eat dinner before they visit the theatre. It's safest to reserve a table in advance, but they don't accept reservations between 11:45am and 5pm at weekends.
The staff were friendly, and they suggested a couple of other restaurants nearby.
