Three entrances; the main one (shown in the photo on this page) is on the northwest side of Seven Sisters Road, while the others are reached via longish passageways from Mill Terrace photo and Stroud Green Road.

Unusually for a zone 2 station, there are no ticket barriers. There are Oyster validators before you reach the platforms though. Slightly confusingly, the validator at the main entrance is just beyond the notice which warns you that you'll be fined if you're caught beyond it without a valid ticket or validated Oyster card.

There are, however, plans to install ticket barriers, with work beginning in 2009 if planning permission succeeds. This entry on the London Connections blog has more details.
