This small coffee shop is one of two Fernandez & Wells outlets around the corner from one another in Soho. (As of Spring 2009 they've also opened a third branch on St Anne's Court — see bellaphon's review.)

This branch bills itself as "Coffee, Chocolate and Cake", while the other (on Lexington Street) is "Food and Wine" — a wine bar, in other words (note: Eat Like A Girl has reviewed the Food and Wine branch).

The coffee shop is furnished with wooden tables and stools for sitting, at various heights (not always perfectly matched to the tables). There is a full selection of papers and magazines for reading.

Service is friendly and the usual range of coffees are on offer. The standard tea is an Irish breakfast tea, and is served in a pot with milk and sugars provided separately.
