[Ash]? comments that it's a nice, locals' pub, with everyone welcomed. Hog roasts are held outside in the Summer. Well-kept ales, and usually a guest at £2.50 (cheapest in Hampstead). Stunning barmaids, as they are all from the dance school in Belsize Park. There's a large selection of bottled beers and whisky, with large single malts at £4.

There is a basement bar which can be hired.
