Fullers pub on the river in Hammersmith, in the Good Beer Guide.
Unsurprisingly, totally rammed on summer weekends and evenings.
Comment added by Kake: Pride, ESB, Discovery (£3/pint), Chiswick. Food is served noon-3pm and 6pm-9pm (last orders 15 minutes prior to finish time) according to a blackboard seen in April 2008.
Comment added by Kake: No piped music. It's possible to book tables. There's an open fire in one of the rooms (there are several smallish rooms including a nice conservatory with a glass roof with real vines stretching under it). Getting here: note that the only way to get across the Great West Road from the north is via the subway at the bottom of Cromwell Avenue.
