Rather small pub near Berkeley Square in Mayfair.
Serves real ale; four handpumps were visible when we visited in April 2007. We tried the London Pride, the Adnams Explorer, and Caledonian XPA (all about £2.90/pint), but not the Old Speckled Hen.
Seating for maybe 15-20 people inside, with some standing room too. You can also take your drink out to the small amount of pavement outside. There's a dining room upstairs (available for private functions) but it's only open at lunchtimes (noon-3pm). The ladies' loo is a single cubicle (adequately clean), up one flight of stairs with a bend in the middle but a sturdy handrail.
We visited late afternoon/early evening on a Saturday in April; the weather was good so there were a few people drinking outside on the pavement. It wasn't crowded inside, although most of the small number of seats were taken.
Food is served all day, 11:30am-9pm; main courses are about £6-8.
Note that it closes early on Saturdays, and isn't open at all on Sundays.

Comment added by Kake: 21 April 2008: They seem to be having a beer festival at the moment - 1 April til' 26 May. O'Hanlon's Yellow Hammer was £2.93/pint and tasted fine but had weird debris in it. I got here just before 5:30pm and there was precisely one seat left. Very very very quiet (and hence pretty pointless) background music. I think they do food all day (or start evening food very early) as some people got served food very shortly after I sat down.
