Eat (or EAT) are a chain of cafes/sandwich shops sprinkled around London, mostly concentrated in the City and the [West End]?. They're actually pretty good for a chain. Worth trying the soup; they have 40 different varieties on a 4-week rotation, with two choices available each weekday. EAT used to be billed as standing for "Excellence And Taste", but they seem to have dropped that now.
