secretlondon visited one Sunday in March 2009. It is all on one level and had fairly loud background music. There was no toilet. There were tables outside which I presume you could smoke at. There were sofas along the window.

One difference from the norm is that they have vibrating coasters for toasted paninis. Previously when secretlondon has had a toasted panini in caffe Nero they have given her a number and deliver the toasted panini to her table when ready. This branch gave you a vibrating radio controlled coaster. When your panini was done your coaster vibrates. You then to the coaster to the serving area and get given your panini - no table service.
