Previously known as the Black Bull, a pub serving a wide range of well-kept Nethergate beers. Reopened as Bar Nokada in late 2007. Note that the photo on this page is from when it was still the Black Bull - the outside still looks fairly similar but has a long lit-up sign on the frontage with "Nakoda" written vertically on it.

They still have real ale; on our visit in December 2007 they were serving Old Growler (I think), Sussex Best (I think), and another one that I can't remember the name of (Bob?), all at £2.80/pint.

Doesn't serve food at the time of writing (December 2007) but after Christmas they plan to start serving an Indian buffet as well as an a la carte Indian menu.
