Korean restaurant in a basement right next to Holborn Station, apparently pretty good. Comments on Chowhound suggest that the stirfried pork with kimchi is very good. Fay Maschler warns that the crab pancake is made with crabsticks (or at least that it was in 2005). A number of reviews also warn that the food doesn't necessarily arrive in the order you might expect.

Note: despite the address, the entrance is actually on Kingsway, next to the main station entrance.
