Accessibility: As of early 2017 it's being redeveloped as part of Crossrail works. There is still step-free access to the platforms, but this is via a very slow hydraulic lift that is staff-operated only (confusingly, there's also a button to call the lift, but this doesn't do anything; you have to press the larger button to call for help).
