Inside, it's roughly divided into two halves, though they're both connected. One half is quieter, while the other has a jukebox and a pool table and was rather livelier on [[Kake]], [[Ewan]], and Matthew's Tuesday afternoon visit in March 2009, with a number of local raconteurs holding forth on various subjects. Beers available were Ansells Bitter, Blindmans Icarus (£2.75/pint), Greene King IPA, Adnams Broadside (£1.43/half), and London Pride. Service was accurate and prompt, if rather impersonal. They offer Thai food, but we didn't try it. |
