Used to be an old man's pub serving decent enough Adnams bitter and Bombardier; it was even in the 2007 Good Beer Guide. However, it was renovated in late 2007 and it's now more of a restaurant. A comment on the Evening Standard review linked below suggests it's not somewhere you'd go just for a drink. However, the Time Out review says they still have real ale on. Dos Hermanos recommend the steak. |
Supposedly has had a gastropub makeover. |

Serves decent enough Adnams bitter and Bombardier. The seating is a bit ramshackle. Was very warm on a summer day. Has tables outside. Toilets are downstairs. |

Im not entirely sure they actually do food.--[bob] When I went past on a Saturday afternoon they weren't open till 16:30.
