If you're looking for Vietnamese food in London, Kingsland Road in Shoreditch/Hoxton is probably worth a look; it has the greatest density of Vietnamese restaurants of any area of London, and unlike the curry houses of Brick Lane, Kingsland Road's restaurants are actually pretty good.
